Equipped with a 55:1 L/D ratio screw with independent heating zones, our PE foam sheet making machine achieves precise heating and curing control, paired with variable frequency drive for stepless speed regulation, ensuring easy operation and stable long-term extrusion. Digital mold pressure control and a septum pressure gauge guarantee consistent sheet quality across every batch.
The hydraulic automatic screen exchange system on the machine head greatly reduces downtime and raw material waste, cutting material loss by around 30% versus conventional equipment. The optimized screw structure boosts plasticizing efficiency, enabling this high efficiency EPE foam extruder to reach a maximum capacity of 600kg/h for large-scale production.
The integrated automatic overturning winder has a precision meter counter for pre-set length control, with adjustable winding width to adapt to diverse specifications. The whole line realizes fully automatic production from feeding to winding, cutting labor input and lifting production efficiency for industrial clients.
