The workflow of our high yield PE foam sheet extruder is designed for full automation and stable continuous production, with a complete process as follows:
LDPE raw materials and functional additives are accurately metered and fed into the single-stage extruder host;
Raw materials are heated, melted, and fully plasticized in the large L/D ratio screw;
Physical foaming agent is uniformly injected into the melt, and fully mixed with the plastic melt in the screw;
The mixed melt is extruded through the die head, and foamed and formed rapidly after pressure release;
The extruded foam sheet is cooled and shaped through the circulation water cooling system;
The sheet is pulled by the traction mechanism, with automatic deviation correction and thickness monitoring;
The finished sheet is automatically wound by the full-automatic winder according to the preset length, completing the production.
