Production Process

Our ceramic band heater manufacturing follows a strict 7-step quality-controlled process. We start with raw material inspection and testing of ceramic powders and heating alloys, followed by precision mixing and pressing of ceramic insulation components. The components then undergo high-temperature sintering at 1600°C to form durable ceramic structures, after which high-grade nickel-chromium heating elements are wound. We proceed with assembly of ceramic components and heating elements, then conduct electrical performance testing and insulation verification. The process concludes with final quality inspection and packaging for shipment.
