Production Process

The EPE foam sheet production line follows a fully automated continuous workflow:

Raw Material Feeding: LDPE resin and corresponding additives are accurately fed into the extruder hopper.

Melting & Mixing: Raw materials are fully melted and uniformly mixed in the large L/D screw extruder, with precise temperature control for optimal plasticization.
