The expanded polyethylene foam roll making machine adopts a fully continuous physical foaming production process: LDPE raw material feeding → screw melting and plasticizing → physical foaming and extrusion → calendering and forming → circulation water cooling and shaping → traction conveying → automatic winding and slitting.
