Our Expanded Polyethylene Foam Roll Making Machine (also known as EPE foam sheet extrusion line) is a professional single-stage extruding and foaming equipment with a large length-diameter ratio screw design. Using low-density polyethylene (LDPE) resin as the core raw material, this line is recognized as the industry-leading physical PE forming unit for industrial production. The finished EPE foam sheet (pearl cotton) features excellent dampproof, shockproof, sound insulation, heat preservation, and high plasticity performance, making it an ideal alternative to traditional packaging materials. By changing molds and auxiliary parts, this polyethylene EPE foam extruder machine can also produce foam pipes, foam nets, foam rods, and foam profiles, fully meeting diversified production demands of industrial clients.
Adopting a 55:1 large length-diameter ratio screw with V.F driving for stepless speed regulation, our EPE foam sheet production line delivers a foaming ratio range of 20-48, with continuous and stable operation, high yield, and wide adaptability for different product specifications. Independent heating zones on the screw ensure precise heating and curing, with a stable and reliable temperature control system for consistent product quality.
The machine head is equipped with a hydraulic automatic screen exchange system, which reduces downtime and raw material waste by up to 30% compared with traditional equipment. The digital display mold pressure control system and septum pressure gauge double guarantee the stable quality of the finished foam sheet. The automatic overturning winder with pre-settable meter counter supports adjustable winding width, realizing fully continuous production.
