Production Process
The workflow of our PS foam melt recycling machine is designed for high efficiency and low loss, with a fully continuous process:
Waste PS foam is fed into the built-in crusher for uniform crushing into small pieces;
Crushed materials enter the two-stage extruder for heating, melting, and full plasticization;
The melt passes through the degassing system to remove air and the filtration module to filter solid impurities;
Purified melt is extruded into continuous strips through the die head;
Extruded strips enter the cooling water tank for rapid and uniform cooling;
Cooled strips are sent to the granulator for precision cutting into uniform recycled granules, completing the recycling process.
