Production Process
Our industrial PE foam net production process is optimized for efficiency and quality. Material mixing starts with virgin polyethylene resin blended with foaming agents and colorants in a high-speed mixer. The mixture is heated and extruded through a specialized annular die to form a continuous tube. The extruded tube expands rapidly as the foaming agent vaporizes, creating the characteristic cellular structure. The expanded tube is passed through a rotating cutter head that creates the uniform mesh pattern. The foam net is then cooled, stretched to the desired diameter, and wound onto rolls for packaging.
