Product Description


The Polyethylene Foam Sheet Production Making Machine is a state-of-the-art extrusion line designed for manufacturing high-quality polyethylene (PE) foam sheets, which are widely used in packaging, construction, and industrial applications. This machine combines extrusion, foaming, and calendaring processes to produce sheets with uniform density, excellent flexibility, and superior cushioning properties.


The production process begins with feeding PE resin, along with foaming agents and additives, into the extruder. The material is melted and mixed in the extruder, then forced through a flat die to form a continuous sheet. As the molten sheet exits the die, the foaming agent decomposes, creating a cellular structure within the material. The sheet is then cooled and shaped by a calendaring roller system, which controls the thickness and surface finish. Finally, the finished sheet is wound into rolls or cut into specific sizes.
